BlackLight Power Inc. Announces Sustained Production of an Enormous Amount of Electrical Energy Using Water as Fuel

[April 3, 4:17 EDT via BusinessWire.com] Late yesterday, BlackLight Power Inc. (BLP) reported the sustained production of enormous amounts of electricity from plasma using a proprietary water-based solid fuel. This may be the breakthrough we have been waiting for.
BLP states that in their safe non-polluting process, « water ignites into brilliant plasma, an extraordinary bright flash of extraordinary optical power that has a power density of over 1,000,000 times that of any prior controllable reaction. » BLP further states that « the light emitted from the plasma is nearly a perfect spectral equivalent of the sun, but at 50,000 times the intensity at the earth’s surface. »
So how does BLP convert all that brilliant light into electricity? Photovoltaic cells. With a light intensity 50,000 times brighter than the sun, enormous amounts of electricity can be generated from tiny amounts of water fuel in tiny spaces. Fed by the water-based solid fuel, the plasma produces pulses of millions of watts of power in a space of one ten thousandth of a liter — an equivalent of over 100 billion watts per liter! This is reportedly a closed system with the water fuel as the only input after the reaction is initiated.
